Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Tour Package Cancellations

• More than 30 days prior to arrival: 90% refund of package total.
• 15 to 30 days prior to arrival: 70% refund of package total.
• 7 to 14 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of package total.
• Less than 7 days prior to arrival: No refund due to hotel reservation lock-ins.

2. Ferry Ticket Cancellations

Private ferry tickets (Makruzz, Nautika, Green Ocean) follow the respective operator’s standard cancellation table. Any administrative cancellation fee charged by the carrier will be deducted, and the balance refunded directly.

3. Scooty Rental Cancellations

Free cancellation on scooter rentals up to 12 hours before scheduled pickup time. No penalty charges apply.
